Jumbo - Owner Occupied, Non Owner Occupied, 2nd Home, Unlimited Cash Out to $6,000,000

Home Equity Lines - Owner Occupied to $1,000,000, Non Owner Occupied, 2nd Home to $200,000

Private Money Loans - Fast Funding, No Income Verification, No Asset Verifcation, Interest Only, Same Day Approval - $100,000 to $6,000,000

Private Money Lending refers to loans collateralized by real estate, with the decision to make a loan based primarily upon the equity in the property.

Private Money Loans are fast funding and can be used as Opportunity Loans for the following reasons:

  • Immediate acquisition of discounted properties or land purchase
  • Restructure debt, divorce, or estate settlement
